HANOI — On December 18–19, 2025, in Hanoi, the 5th Congress of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term was officially held with the participation of hundreds of delegates representing trade unions from enterprises and organizations nationwide.

Among the distinguished delegates attending this important event was Ms. Dang Thi Bich( Ms Luna Bich), Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Happy Vietnam Tours, representing the company’s management and employees at the Congress.

Key Discussions and Contributions at the Congress

During the main plenary sessions, delegates reviewed the performance of trade union activities in the 2020–2025 term and discussed strategic directions, goals, and solutions for the upcoming 2025–2030 term. Ms. Dang Thi Bich contributed actively to the discussions, focusing on the topic “Innovating employee welfare and protection in the post-pandemic tourism recovery period.”
