Deposit and Payment Policy

A 30% deposit of the total tour value is required to confirm the booking.

30 days before start
Additional 40% payment required (total 70%).
15 days before start
Remaining 30% balance must be paid in full to secure all services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

When Result / Charge
More than 60 days before tour start Free of charge — full refund of the deposit (excluding flight ticket costs, banking or e-wallet fees if applicable).
30–59 days before tour start 10% of total tour cost charged; 20% of deposit refunded to customer.
15–29 days before tour start 30% of total tour cost charged; 30% deposit is non-refundable.
7–14 days before tour start 50% of total tour cost charged; amount already paid (70%) will be deducted accordingly.
Less than 7 days before tour start / No-show 100% of total tour cost charged — no refund.

Notes

• All cancellation requests must be made via email or WhatsApp.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days.

• In cases of force majeure (flight cancellations, visa issues, natural disasters, etc.), we will assist with rescheduling or crediting the remaining balance for a future trip.
