SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Because Happy Vietnam Tours offers travel experiences and digital products, traditional physical shipping does not apply to most orders.

1. Digital Products (eSIMs & E-Visas)

• Travel eSIMs: Delivered instantly via email as a digital QR code after successful payment.

• E-Visa Approval Letters: Delivered via email in PDF format within the agreed processing time frame.

2. Tour Vouchers & Booking Confirmations

• Booking confirmation vouchers and detailed itineraries are delivered via email within 24 hours of booking completion.
