During our vacation, we planned a trip to Vietnam. We found Happy Vietnam Tours through an online search, and they were incredibly supportive. We were first connected with Ms. Sofia, who based on our demands , created a detailed 10-day itinerary for us that included Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, and Sapa.
I really want to thank Sofia because she was always very kind in making the trip work for us. Throughout our journey, besides our tour guides, Happy Vietnam was always available to assist us whenever we needed her. Good job!!!!. Our room had a problem when we first arrived at our hotel in Hanoi: the air conditioner wasn't working. We reported it to both our tour guide and the hotel. Although it was late and the technical staff had already departed, the hotel receptionist arrived to make sure. As soon as the receptionist spoke with the operations team at Happy Vietnam Tours, we were immediately moved to another room. We were so happy that the problem was resolved right away, which really showed the professionalism of the tour company.
In Tam Coc, we took a traditional Vietnamese cooking class where we got to make some of their traditional cakes by hand. These cakes looked quite simple, but they actually required great skill to get the original shape right. For our 2-day, 1-night trip to Ha Long Bay, we experienced a wonderful 5-star cruise and it was so worth it because we could enjoy every moment of the day on the bay. In Sapa, we trekked to the peak of Fansipan, which is over 3,000 meters high, and it felt like we could touch the clouds. A delightful surprise was Hanoi, a true culinary paradise for food lovers like us.
We were very satisfied with the service we received. The next time we return to Vietnam, I'll definitely reach out to Sofia again. It was a perfect trip!

I just returned from a 7-day trip to Vietnam with my friend, and it was truly an amazing experience - the perfect blend of tradition and modernity - covering the main highlights of Hanoi, Ninh Binh, and Ha Long. Compared to other companies I’ve booked with before, this trip was much more complete and enjoyable.
Happy Vietnam Tours accompanied us throughout the journey. The car was new, smooth, and very comfortable - we never felt car sick at all. On the bus, the driver and tour guide were both very humorous, and we laughed a lot at their interesting stories.
One of the highlights was definitely the Hanoi food tour, where we got to try so many local specialties. Before the tour, our guide even asked if we had any allergies or foods we couldn’t eat, which I found really thoughtful. Of course, we started with Pho - a must-try in the capital. Then we stopped by a lakeside café for a morning coffee while watching the bustling city wake up. What really fascinated me was the sidewalk café culture in Hanoi - you could be sitting at one shop, but still order something from the stall next door!
We also tried Bun Cha, sticky rice with ice cream, egg coffee, Cha Ca, and even the famous Trang Tien ice cream but I think Pho was still my favorite, it perfectly suited my taste. I was amazed at how diverse Hanoi’s cuisine is, from savory to sweet, and I almost wished I could eat endlessly just to try it all. Besides the food, we also explored the Old Quarter with its 36 streets, each one filled with different goods and local life.
The tour package was worth every penny and gave us memories we will never forget. I’ll definitely recommend Happy Vietnam Tours to others and would love to travel with them again in the future.

I booked the best-selling 9-day mountain tour with Happy Vietnam Tours, covering Cao Bang and Ha Giang. It was a wonderful and exceptionally well-organized trip.
Everything was carefully planned because we were worried that rain would make travel more difficult. Fortunately, during our trip it was only a bit cloudy and there was no rain at all. Our hotels were clean, centrally located, and close to places like night markets and coffee shops. The driver was always punctual, picking us up exactly on time, and our guide even reminded us 15 minutes before each activity so we could prepare. We flexibly used a combination of motorbikes and a car because the mountain roads are quite winding, and some sections are much more enjoyable to experience on a motorbike.
I was also very impressed with their thoughtfulness in accommodating our vegetarian diet - every meal was meticulously prepared just for us. Throughout the journey, Happy Vietnam Tours checked in on us to make sure the service was good and that we had everything we needed.
We were very impressed with Ban Gioc Waterfall, located on the border between Vietnam and China. The falls cascade over multiple limestone layers and stretch more than a hundred meters across. Water thundered down in powerful torrents, spraying white foam into the air. I was told this is the largest natural waterfall in Southeast Asia. The emerald-green water shimmered under a thin mist, and standing nearby was so refreshing. We even paid 50,000 VND each to take a boat ride around the base of the falls for about 15 minutes - an unforgettable experience. Honestly, words can’t capture how majestic it was; you have to see it with your own eyes to understand.
Thank you, Happy Vietnam Tours, for an amazing trip that made my holiday truly memorable. I will definitely recommend you to all our friends.

We visited Vietnam in the autumn and chose the Mu Cang Chai tour to admire the rice terraces. The journey was quite long and winding through mountain passes, so we felt a bit car sick. We stayed at Le Champ Tu Le, and I highly recommend it because their service was excellent. The resort offers panoramic views of Tu Le Valley and the vast rice terraces, an infinity pool, and even a relaxing hot spring bath. For adventure seekers like me, there’s also a super long zipline that stretches across the mountains - such an exciting experience!
Of course, the highlight here is the famous terraced rice fields. To reach them, we had to hire local drivers with motorbikes to take us up the steep and narrow paths, which would have been too difficult for us to ride on our own. The views were absolutely worth it — endless green terraces perfectly lined step by step along the mountainsides. We took countless photos, but honestly, no picture can truly capture the breathtaking beauty of this place.
Unlike the hustle and bustle of big cities, this place is truly suitable for a relaxing holiday, and I think we made the right choice.

Happy Vietnam Tours gave me a truly unique and wonderful experience exploring Sapa. The transfer from Hanoi - Sapa - Hanoi was smooth, and our driver was very skilled and safe. I loved everything - from the trekking and visiting famous spots to taking photos of the locals and their traditional clothing in Cat Cat village. The food, the scenery, the rice paddies, and the mountains in Ta Van village were all amazing. I took countless photos to remember every moment. It's a shame the weather wasn't good enough for me to go up Fansipan, so we explored the town center instead and went to the Sapa market to buy some local specialties. This was an incredible trip, and I highly recommend Happy Vietnam Tours

We chose Happy Vietnam Tours to design a North Vietnam trip for our group of six, covering Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long, and Sapa. They took great care of us and the itinerary was well-organized to our needs.
In Hanoi, we woke up early to enjoy coffee and green rice sticky rice near the Cathedral, then took a double-decker bus tour around the city. As we passed each landmark, our guide shared detailed stories, which made the bustling streets and heavy traffic even more fascinating.
The most memorable part of the trip was in Sapa. We got to experience the local culture firsthand: we went into the forest to pick bamboo shoots and planted rice. In the evening, we had a campfire with everyone. We all gathered around, singing and dancing-it was so much fun! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming; we felt right at home. We also got to hear some really interesting stories from the locals. This was probably the best experience of the whole trip.
This journey showed me how diverse Vietnamese culture is. Every place has its own unique traditions, and I want to see them all. When we come back, we'll definitely book with Happy Vietnam Tours again.
